I brought my mother last week for a manicure and pedicure and it was not done well at all. The dead skin is still there, the toe nails are not cut well it catches on clothes and the bedsheets, the pedicure is a sloppy job, the lady that was doing her manicure was giving her uncomfortable dirty looks. My mom asked the last to scrap more around her toes but the silly woman just nodded her head and smiled. I got my nails and toes done there too and I'm shocked by the lack of professionalism. Half the women don't speak English properly and don't listen properly. They are busy talking loud and in their language. They should learn to listen to the consumer and what they want. I spent about $160 for manicures and pedicures for my mother and I last Friday. The two best technicians are Annie and Miya. They don't talk too much or ask too much questions. The owner Yen asks too much personal questions about our lives and doesn't do the best job as nail technician. When I come there for myself or my mother I would be now forced to make an appointment with only Annie and Miya. I'm not happy with this last service. I think you people learn to be more professional and learn proper English.
